Yes. Every product sold by PokiauraJP is 100% genuine and factory-sealed. We carefully source from trusted suppliers to ensure collectors receive authentic items only.
Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept secure payments through credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After shipping, cancellations are not possible.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Domestic: 5-10 business days.
International: Varies by destination (usually 7-21 business days).
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Every order comes with a tracking number sent to your email.
Returns & Refunds
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I return opened products?
No. To protect collectors, we only accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed products.
